Priority Shipping

You’ll have access to over a thousand conveniently located drop boxes with pickup times as late as 8 p.m. in some areas.

Later pickups

We offer later pickups for your Priority shipments, and make it easy for you to schedule pickups. You may schedule your pickup online or through a quick phone call to our customer service center.

Proof of Delivery

The consignee signature combined with the time of delivery is your Proof-of-Delivery (POD). The POD indicates that your shipment was received in good condition at the appropriate destination.

POD information is automatically uploaded to our system through handheld scanning devices within minutes of delivery. POD information is then available on our tracking page or by contacting our Customer Service Center.

Digital Signature Capture

Copies of digitally captured signatures can be sent to you via email or fax. Request signatures by contacting our Customer Service Center at 800-322-5555, option 1.

Our Ground service provides you with next-day delivery over a much larger geography; areas which require 3-4 days with the worldwide carriers can be reduced by at least a day.
